Der Wohnpark Schloss Allmendingen gliedert sich in zwei Baugruppen von je drei Geb\u00e4uden. In Anlehnung an die Schlossanlage sowie an die ortstypischen Bauernh\u00f6fe entstehen so zwei klassische Hofbebauungen. Die Aussenraumgestaltung f\u00fchrt die Landschaft des Schlossparks weiter und bildet einen \u00dcbergang zur landwirtschaftlich genutzten Umgebung. In beiden Etappen entsteht je eine Tiefgarage.<\/p><p>Realisierung in zwei Bauetappen entstehen 41 exklusive 2.5 bis 6.5-Zimmer-Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Art und Gr\u00f6sse. Von aussen dominieren die tragenden Fassadenscheiben, so dass die einzelnen Wohneinheiten nicht in Erscheinung treten. Die Wohnungen sind nach modernsten Energieanforderungen geplant und sehr grossz\u00fcgig konzipiert.
