class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nachdem das Ingenieurb\u00fcro Steiner + Grimm (vormals Steiner + St\u00e4helin) w\u00e4hrend 53 Jahren als einfache Gesellschaft gef\u00fchrt worden war, wurde am 1. Januar 1973, durch den damaligen Inhaber Hans Steiner, das Ingenieurb\u00fcro in eine Aktiengesellschaft \u00fcberf\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>Die Gr\u00fcnder der Aktiengesellschaft waren Hans Steiner, sein Sohn Peter und Ueli T\u00fcrler. Letzterer ist heute noch Teilhaber der Firma, welche 1980 in Steiner Marchand T\u00fcrler AG, 1995 in smt + partner ag und 2002 in smt ag umgetauft wurde.<\/p><p>2023 d\u00fcrfen wir das 50-j\u00e4hrige Bestehen der Aktiengesellschaft feiern.
