In der ersten Bauetappe umfasst die Neugestaltung des Speisesaales, der Reception und der Lobby und um die betrieblichen Abl\u00e4ufe zu optimieren, wird die Hotelk\u00fcche vom UG ins EG verschoben und neu installiert.
