In diesem Zusammenhang wird die Tragstruktur in den betroffenen Bereichen teilweise zur\u00fcckgebaut, gezielt verst\u00e4rkt und in ihrer Substanz erhalten.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde das Geb\u00e4ude im Hinblick auf die heutigen Erdbebeneinwirkungen ert\u00fcchtigt. So wurden beispielsweise in der Mansarde zwei Mauerwerksw\u00e4nde mit dem StressHead-System vertikal vorgespannt und verst\u00e4rkt.<\/p><p>Eine Besonderheit des Bauwerks sind die f\u00fcr jene Zeit typischen, linear ausgerichteten Stahlbetonrippendecken.
