Breitenrain in einer Mischnutzung vor. Die in den Obergeschossen angeordneten 56 attraktiven und innenr\u00e4umlich ansprechenden, von Strasse zu Hof durchreichenden Wohnungen sind vielf\u00e4ltig nutzbar und zweckm\u00e4ssig aufgebaut. Sie erm\u00f6glichen verschiedene Haushaltsformen, vom Einpersonenhaushalt bis zur Wohngemeinschaft. Im Erdgeschoss stehen f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4ftsr\u00e4umlichkeiten rund 440 Quadratmeter Fl\u00e4che zur Verf\u00fcgung, die Hauptnutzung erfolgt durch die Migros im Erdgeschoss mit ca. 380 m2 Fl\u00e4che und im 1. UG mit rund 2\u2018000 m2 Supermarktfl\u00e4che.
